We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, manage Early Access interest, send development or launch updates, evaluate future prototype testing opportunities, improve our product development process, and communicate with people who choose to hear from us.

Our Early Access form may be hosted through Microsoft Forms or Microsoft 365 services. Form responses may be processed and stored through those services according to Microsoft's applicable privacy and service practices.

We do not sell personal information.

Touchle's website and Early Access form are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information to us, contact us at hello@touchletechlabsllc.com and we will review and delete the information where appropriate.

Please do not submit medical, health, biometric, financial, or other sensitive personal information through the website or Early Access form.

We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

You may contact us to request that we remove your information from our Early Access list or stop sending updates.
